Filters Tab

The Filters Tab is a component of the Content Manager that enables you to filter files that are displayed.
The Filters Tab enables you to use preconfigured criteria to manage files that are displayed.
You can filter files using the following criteria:
Criteria Description
Keywords Enter keywords to filter files. For example, only display files that contain the same word(s). Using the search bar in the navigation will lead to the keyword search. You can also use the Keywords field to update a search.
Needs Attention Select to filter files that need your attention. For example, only display files that are not valid, contain broken links, or contain open comments.
Status Select to filter files based on the workflow status. For example, only display files that are obsolete, need reevaluation, in progress, in review, or approved.
Content Type Select to filter files based on the content type. For example, only display concept, task, or reference topics.
Metadata Select to filter files based on metadata. To learn more about metadata, see Configuring Metadata.
Note:Available options vary based on your configuration.
